At Home Pilates Classes

COVID19 NOTICE

Due to the South African Government COVID19 Regulations guidelines and the ever changing conditions, we are offering Semi-Private and Private Pilates classes in your own home, within Cape Town ONLY. Please note that we adhere to strict health and safety protocols to ensure your and our well being. See our At Home Studio Pilates offerings below and if interested please contact us to book and find out all the details.



Still not comfortable about taking In Studio Pilates classes due to COVID19, enquire about our At Home Semi-Private or Private Pilates classes, where one of our Pureform Pilates instructors takes your class in your own home. We are only offering At Home Pilates classes to our Cape Town clients.

Because of the nature of At Home Pilates classes we only teach Pilates Mat workouts but incorporate other small specialised Pilates equipment such as resistant bands/thera-bands, pilates/exercise ball, resistance ring/pilates magic circle, foam roller, stability ball (soft small squishy ball), tone loop resistance bands or small weights etc.

Our Semi-Private Pilates classes are structured for two clients at a time for an energising and beneficial Pilates workout, which is tailored according to both of your specific needs.

Our PureMama Pregnancy Pilates classes, are specifically designed around our ”moms to be” changing and blooming bodies. The Pilates exercises are modified to ensure safe practice for you and your little one. We focus on strengthening your pelvic floor, core and help alleviate any aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Our goal is to support you throughout your pregnancy, for birthing and into your post natal journey.
