PureMama Pregnancy Pilates
Our PureMama Pregnancy Pilates focuses on keeping you muscles strong and flexible to help with the changes occuring to your body. We focus on pelvic floor strength and flexibility, body alignment and keeping up general muscle tone and overall flexibility.
We use the Pilates breathing method to teach our PureMama moms to use their breathing and to go within when feeling uncomfortable and uneasy and to prepare for labour.
